A block of 20 rooms has been set aside for those attending the 3 day gathering to reserve, with a 3 night minimum required to received the special low rate of $88.00 +tax per night. The block of rooms is for Thursday, June 14, 2012; Friday, June 15, 2012 and Saturday June 16, 2012. Attendees can opt to stay Sunday, June 17 if they choose at the same low rates offered. We can add to this block if needed up to May 12, based on the availability of rooms.
Rates for rooms with 2 queen beds or a king are $88.00+tax per night, an Aspen Suite (king room with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub 650 sq.ft.) would be $139.99 + tax per night. For those staying only 1 or 2 nights their rate would be $109.99+tax per night for the regular rooms and $159.99+tax for the Aspen Suite. Your block of rooms is under "EAST CASCADE AUDUBON SOCIETY" with a cut off date of May 12, 2012. On May 12 all unreserved rooms will be released to open sale and the special rates will not be available any longer.
