Location

The pullout is about 0.6 mile downhill and south from Strawberry Hill. The parking area is in an open grassy area. The parking lot is small and often full of tourists and surfers.

Habitat and Birds

Offshore rocks attract “rockpipers” as well as Harlequin Duck (both are possible in late fall, winter, early spring). The creek-side habitat next to the parking lot has attracted rare passerines.
