Habitat and Birds

Both Barrow’s and Common Goldeneye can be found here in spring and fall. There is abundant riparian vegetation in this area so Lazuli Buntings and Western Wood-pewees are common. Listen for Ash-throated Flycatchers and Gray Flycatchers in the junipers along the valleys.
