Habitat and Birds

This lake is good for ducks, grebes, swallows and herons.  Walking out on the dock or taking a boat/kayak increases your view of the lake.  The trees around the parking lot and the lake have warblers, grosbeaks, nuthatches, woodpeckers and raptors.  Watch for Hutton’s Vireo.  Pish for sparrows and kinglets.
