Bend author, Marina Richie, winner of the 2022 National Outdoor Book Award for her book A Halcyon Journey: In Search of the Belted Kingfisher, will tell stories and read excerpts from the book at January Birders’ Night, Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm (PST) at the Environmental Center
16 Northwest Kansas Avenue in Bend. Her presentation will be followed by an author book signing. Copies will be available for purchase.
